Ordered and paid for a storm door and to have it professional installed from Lowe's, Lowe's send Windows Foors and More, Appointment was for Tuesday July 27, 2021 in the morning, never showed up to late in the afternoon, once here they realized that there didn't have the sill extension piece that was called for on the work order installers (3 of them) promise us that they would return back the following day with the piece and install it because they left a 1 inch gap on the bottom, my wife made 6 phone calls to Lowe's and Lowe's told us that the owner will call us to come and install the missing piece. Today is August 9,2021 the owner called to say his guy will be there to fix the storm door issue,wouldn't recommend them.

Install scheduled 7/20/21. After hunting down installer doesn't apologize and shows up late. On arrival immediately says we need a header board. That was never indicated on the contract by the measurement/detail worker who provided what we needed for the job weeks earlier. Installer leaves and doesn't contact Lowes to let them know what we need, not even the next morning. Basically didn't want to do the job (have my suspicions why?) Disappointed! It's 2021, y'all can do better than that. Requested another company altogether.

This company was sent by Lowes to install 2 exterior doors at my residence. They did such a horrible job and damaged my property throughout the entire install process. They cut my existing alarm wires and dismantled my system causing me over $ 200 to have repaired . They left my bathroom tile broken while placing threshold. The plaster above my door was broken loose and needed fixed . The adhesive placed under 1 door was smeared all over my entrance and will need repainted . They came unprepared with necessary tools to remove my dead bolt and was just going to take it with old door leaving a hole in my new door . Thankfully a neighbor had the tool to install the lock . Pictures are below ! If you purchase from Lowes and they want to send this company cancel immediately! You have been warned !!!!!!
