My recent experience with Gisele and team was FANTASTIC! We have a lot of moving parts when it comes to taxes (Stocks, rental property, etc.) and they were on top of everything. I'd highly recommend Sunshine Tax Relief to any of my friends/family.

I was unclear on what information I was being asked to provide, so I called; explained I did not understand what I am being asked for and then was told I am unprofessional. Not sure where that came from but, asking to get clarity as to what is needed from me; makes me ignorant, not unprofessional. Avoid this company they do not treat people with respect. This company clearly has internal communication problems not one of the people I spoke with were able to explain what they needed from me. There are plenty of tax agents in Florida. It took me less time to find one that appreciates and respects their customers, than it did to write this review. Very terrible service at this company. Actual offensive statement; I am sorry I am just not understanding what she is needing from me. That got me called unprofessional.. wow!!! This company is definately NOT the definition of professional. Sunshine tax relief charged me $100 up front and never even scheduled me an appointment. Gonzalez & Company Inc. Provided me an in person appointment right away, without having to put out any money upfront. Sunshine service never offered me an in person appointment at all. CUSTOMER BEWARE! avoid Sunshine Tax relief services! Gonzalez & Company Inc. charged me nothing upfront to get an appointment we're very polite and eager to speak with me. Sun Shine tax relief's priority's are clearly not on the customers. They just want the $$$. Customer service and politeness is not a priority nor is it provided at this company. I will add that Gisele Dunn is particularly skilled in creating situations; where there was none. In response to your reply. I explained to your representative that I am not very good at doing taxes and after providing the information twice; I was told there was still more needed from me which I took as me, in my ignorance am not understanding what I am missing. Please explain how this borated your representative? I only ever mentioned me not understanding the process of moving from one state to another as I have lived in one state for 20 years and never done this before. Me saying I dont under stand is still not berating nor disrespectful to your representative in contrast to Gisele answering my call with "so I understand you are being unprofessional to Kate?" That was the first sentence Gisele spoke to me the very first time I got on the phone with her. Please please provide my statement that was inappropriate, borating or offensive? I am asking for the actual words I used I expect that your company records all calls and you can replay the call; I am begging you to let me know what I said, as so to educate me so I can avoid this type of incident in the future. My emails did not contain complaints if they did please provide the complaints I mentioned. I explained I had my taxes done in Alaska last year told you the dates I moved; then was told that was not enough to get the extension. So I tried calling in to clarify how to answer your questions because I was giving the wrong answers from what I understand. You didn't even take the time to talk to me like a person; Gisele came on the phone combative and accusative to me. I give you permission to provide any written or spoken correspondence that was a complaint offensive inappropriate, berating or other wise out line. I have explained how I was borated at my greeting from Gisele. I am asking you to provide the same. She answered the phone attacking me without any valid reason. Without ever speaking a word previously. You really cannot defend that action. I did mention to Kate that in my lack of understanding the process that is why I rely on professionals; and that my last tax guy got me as organized as I am over the last 2 years otherwise I am pretty dim on taxes. It is killing me to know what I said that created all of this . My only complaint is the way Gisele greeted me when talking to me for the fist time ever. Also being treated like I was inappropriate when I was not; proven by reviewing the call. The purpose of my calling was with a question not a complaint.
