Before giving up on trying to get in touch with another firm, I decided to call Spring Hill Plumbing and simply ask for the guy who came out the last time. They stated they would send someone regardless, but they couldn't promise he would be accessible. The technician Oren was kind and competent, and the service was satisfactory. Considering that silt had accumulated in the tank and prevented it from draining, he had to move the tank out of the house by himself with some water still in it, so he did a lot of the labor alone. The task was completed effectively, and the area was cleaned. Everything is going OK so far. anticipating a well running device.
