        I'm sharing my experience in hopes United Way administration hires better people . I was turned away from my 9 am appointment before I was even in the door. The woman told me to return in 2 hours I returned and this employee was listening to my conversation with someone else waiting also. When I returned home she called me and accused me of never being sick and even called my mortgage company, Rocket Morgage. Your employee reported me as able to pay my full mortgage payments!!! Based on conversation she did not hear, and why? I never met her before. Hopefully she's not bullying other seniors like she did to me Please follow-up. Thank you
