When we decided to sell our property in Hudson the choice was pretty easy. The home had had a foundation repair & I knew there was a Realtor who specialized in repaired home. When the buyer had questions about the nature of the problem & what was done to fix it Rich knew exactly how to explain it. We were comfortable & more importantly the buyer was comfortable. Rich is fantastic!! He sold our house and lot in Forest Hills separately for $40k over asking price, in just days of listing. Rich listened, offered his expertise and asked smart questions during the entire process. Hes hands on and really served as a property manager for us as we had already moved and the home was vacant; he got things done!!
