        Just writing this makes me want another! Got the Easy Cheesy with colby jack on brioche with the pineapple coleslaw..I think its the best grilled cheese Ive ever had!! Ooey gooey center with crispy cheese overflow on the crust- not to mention the glorious cheese pull! The coleslaw was absolutely phenomenal and the sweetness of the pineapple tied it together. Definitely will be returning to get my cheesy needs met. Not to mention the incredibly friendly service :) you wont find a better grilled cheese!

      2020 Food trailer Cheese Dreams.Everything from the Classic to Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Soups, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Coleslaw and more. My grandmother used to make Grilled Cheese for all of the grandchildren. She called them cheese dreams ??. What made them so special was the love and attention to detail she put into each one she made. I couldn't think of a better way to honor the memory of her loving and caring nature. She never failed to put a smile on all of our faces.One by one she sent us out the door all content with a smile and full bellies.
