I have been trying to reach someone to fix my issue we got told a charge would be removed and it never was causing our bill to double asked multiple times 30+ days and no correction I'm not going to pay a ridiculous bill to have it refunded spoke to someone yesterday who said a manager would contact me and we will get it fixed now I'm stuck with no internet running my Hotspot on my phone with 3 kids Thanks roamr if this don't get fixed by Monday I will be taking my business else where ACCOUNT NAME IS MEGAN SIELICKI!!!! Update. Management has since fix the issue on there side and for that I will change to a 5 star for the speedy fix much appreciated

2 stars even though the speed is good and the people I've spoken to on the phone are nice. They drilled holes in the soffit, which I expressed my concerns over before the install, but they also drilled a hole through my living room wall and ran a cable along the floor. It is a new construction home. I feel they should've told me that upfront, I would've said no. Then they punched a big hole in my entertainment center for absolutely no reason. This has definitely devalued my furniture. I don't know if there is a way to patch this hole. No solution was offered, just an "I'm sorry" from the office. It was completely unnecessary. Every time I look at it, it makes me mad. In the pictures, you can see how they installed the router, then how I rearranged to where it should've been installed (it was not difficult). The low rating because of the damage caused to the entertainment center and not informing me they would be drilling thru the living room wall. I "assumed" it would have been installed thru the smart house panel in the laundry room.

Very good wireless carrier for internet. We had a real problem of getting Internet in the middle of basically nowhere. Ryan and company solved our access problem and our business is running. Thank you ROAMR!
