Chris is amazing! He not only fixed my air conditioner, but hes cheaper than the company I had at my house the day before. Hes very knowledgeable and honest about my repairs. I highly recommend Magic Touch to anybody with air conditioner problems.

GREAT!! Would recommend to anyone came out on a Sunday to fix my ac unit took about and hour and added 6 pounds of refrigerant in my unit and fixed a small hole in my copper line did a wonderful job!

I have used the same a/c repair company for over a year, last few times out they told me I needed a new unit. About five days ago it started over flowing the drain pan, did this last year and the company came out then. So, I called the old company They came out 70 dollars later not fixed, and they left with no solution. Enter Magic Touch, Called them for two reasons they are a local small business, family owned and operated - As far as I can tell a husband and wife team. A great team. They also operate their business very close to my home. Chris, was at my door within the hour. He gave me a synopsis of the suspected culprit. Gave me two verbal estimates one to clean my coils in place and one to pull the coils and clean it the later being the most expensive. The job - Chris tried the option of cleaning in place first, it didn't solve the pissing issue. I watched Chris become his Jersey self and say "it's gotta get done, gotta get it done...leaving without it fixed is not and option." You cant pay enough money for a work ethic like that. Chris goes to pull the coil unit but puts a level on it first. There it is, its not sitting level . Chris, pulls the coil out which required pulling a vacuum on the system, and pulling the fan. He does some more rinsing of the coils. Built an aluminum shim to bring the unit level. Puts it all back together. Pressure tests the system twice. No issues, no more pissing and the unit is draining like it should. BTW he said my unit is fine. If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. The bill - Chris comes in and said "you know I told you one price for cleaning in place and one price taking it out, can you meet me in the middle?" You mean to tell me you did both cleaned it in place, then took it out and fixed the pissing problem and was here for hours because you "Gotta get it done, cant leave until its fixed." Why absolutely I can meet you in the middle I think that was BEYOND fair! Chris will be my AC guy until he doesn't want to do it anymore. Update, I used this service again,(2024). Chris and the company impressed. Pricing as always, upfront and fair actually more than fiar. Love this guys work, ethics and general demeanor over all. Hard to find all those qualities in one company. but here we are we have found it. Service: A/C system repair
