      image I was there from 3/29/24 till 3/31/24. The hotel was decently clean and the check in people were nice. The problem is on that Sunday morning at 3:21am they charged my card for another night when I was already pre paid. When I went down the lady was nice and said she processed the refund. But now 4 days later I called and asked why it hasnt been sent to my account. They gave attitude and said they cant help. I need to call my bank. My bank say they see nothing in the system coming from them. Call back and they were rude and said its not their problem. So basically the hotel stole from its guest. They charged every person in the hotel that night and if you didnt notice they got away with you money. Do not go there cause per investigation this a reoccurring thing they do at this hotel. Safe travels
