I am from Ohio, my Mom is a snowbird in Springhill every year. We had some issues with a Next System, so I got on the phone, and started calling NEST dealers in Florida around her. The 4th call was to Connected Home and Jeff. He took care of it that day and with some internet issues the next day, he searched himself and went back the next day to help my Mom. He was fantastic and she loved him. Kind, thorough and of course, knew what he was doing! Living 1200 miles away, it was so nice to know someone was there to assist! Thanks Jeff!
