Dr. Delosa was kind and patient with my mother in law. I made her appointment over a month in advance and it was for a new set of dentures due to extreme weight loss. Now there was a small issue when we got there but that was neither mine or their fault if you think about the following: in the new patient paperwork it asks you if you had a stroke, I answered yes. Now no one has ever told my mom in law or I for that matter that the ADA says you cannot have dental work done for at least 6 months after a stroke or with Dr clearance. But being that she ALREADY had her teeth extracted (years prior) and this was just to get a new set of dentures, they were still able to see her. My only upset was that no one read her chart as to the REASON why she was there before approaching us to tell us she couldn't be seen because it had been 5 months after a stroke (not realizing she's not there for dental work, just to scan her dentures). Once we said its just for dentures, reason why we originally made the appt all was good and she was seen. Aside from that issue, which had nothing to do with the dentist herself; that was just staff. We finally met with Dr. Delosa, and what a pleasure she was! Very kind, informative and took her time with us. We understand this is her practice, she has time commitments and other patients of course, but we did not feel rushed and she was very gentle with my mom in law and explained every process and step along the way as well answered any questions we had. I will point on thing out, nothing about the Dr or Staff, its about the rooms, the door ways are narrow, my mom is in a wheelchair, we brought her in one of those transport chairs and it was tight getting around but I'm pretty sure a standard size wheelchair will not fit in the doorways to the patient rooms. Above all else, I recommend Dr. Delosa 10/10.
