APD Foundation Repair

We live in an older home and it had started to settle on one side. We were walking a little sideways . We hired APD to lift our foundation and they did an excellent job. It looks and feels so much better. Weve been dealing with many different contractors lately trying to fix up this old house and APD has been the only one so far that has been professional and true to their word. I called APD as a last ditch effort to avoid paying tens of thousands on what seemed to be the only solution to a concrete pad issue after having other foundation companies and engineers come out. I had outgrown the capabilities of my previous foundation company, despite them being a much larger company. APD quickly responded with a very knowledgeable person, Mike, who came up with a plan and saved me months on my project timeline. The total cost of the job was less than $5000! Mike coordinated on site with my concrete guy so they could develop the best plan going forward too. The day of work was promptly scheduled by APD management. Patrick and Dennis arrived early on the scheduled day and immediately got to work. They talked to me about the whole polyjacking process and were more than accommodating as I intently watched the slab being lifted. It was awesome to see what they could do! They left the project site way cleaner than when they had arrived. I genuinely cant wait for them to come back out for my next projects!
