Bob arrived on time, confirmed the service I had scheduled and set to work. In about 2.5 hrs I had a brand new car. Everything was done with care, and it sparkles. I would certainly engage ultimate again and would hope to get bob.

The folks at UMD know their business and its 100% professional from their website, quotes, billing statements, and communication to the precise work space temperatures, prep work, application and delivery of the finished product. They also have an excellent pick-up and drop-off service so your vehicle is protected from when it leaves your garage until its returned to your garage you wont find too many detailers out there offering that level of care. I had the System X Max ceramic coating done and yes Its expensive but if you keep your vehicles for a long time like I do then its really so worth it . Great thing about UMD is that theyre mobile so now I just need to pick up the phone when I need a wash and I know it will be dont right.
