        The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Pam (who was amazing and nothing short of helpful) took us through a tour of the house we wanted to apply for. We were told the deposit was $300 and that there was a special that gave us 6 weeks free (that special is a promotion that is still active). We applied around 3 weeks ago. We submitted our paystubs and had to get emails from our employers declaring where we would be working when we moved. The application was going great until Pam went out of town this week and we had to deal with Corrinna. We called yesterday to see how the application was going and she said we would lose the house and the special unless we submitted more paystubs that night. They had taken so long to process the application that they needed new ones. We submitted those paystubs immediately and called today to see how the application was going. She had changed our move in date without asking us, she took the special away from us, and she had taken the house away from us. We are now expected to pay $2500 for the deposit and we completely lost the special because she said it no longer applied to us (even though it is still an active promotion on their website and nothing with our pay has changed ). Corrinna has been nothing short of rude to us. She also refuses to email everyone with pivotal information to the application process. The only reason we know anything is because we have been calling daily. They are upcharging us $4,950 ($2,200 extra for deposit and taking away those 6 weeks free at $2,500 a month is $3,750 overall) more than they had originally stated when we paid our application fees. We are taking legal action due to all of this. I dont wanna anyone else to pay an application fee for this scam. They will up charge you and lie to you. (Once again Pam was helpful and kind through this whole process.) Corrinna has continuously been rude and short with us even though we HAVE to call in order to get any updates regarding our application status because she will not call us.
