        LOOSE LUGNUTS! I bought 4 new great tires and got them installed. We drove up to Gainesville and had to get towed because the front left tire was loose. This oversight is negligent and could have killed somebody. Please do better about thoroughly checking each car.

        Walked in at 4:45pm to get a flat repaired and though they were already busy until closing at 6pm, Rafael was very helpful to fit me in and get it fixed. Would definitely recommend!
