We called at 6:30 to book for 7:30 for 14 ppl. Had to wait for the seat to be ready, had to wait to get someone to take the order and serve water. We were told after almost an hour that they didn't have enough protein and will need to add in more " other" proteins to compensate. So our pork ramen was replaced with several pieces of chicken instead... Waiting another hour to tell us that they don't have eggs as well... To compensate for the wait, they gave us 2 dishes of takoyaki as a discount for the inconvenience... The bill also forced a min tips included in the meal. If I was eating a French cuisine it is ok To wait 2-3 hours. But this is a ramen place. We should be out with 30 minutes... Is ridicules that there is no pork and let us waited almost 3 hours. Will NOT go back.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion or romantic dinner. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants.
