Atlas Estate Sales

Keith did an amazing job at this Tampa estate sale. Everything was very clearly marked and well organized. He returned inquiries promptly and was very professional and courteous on site.

I would give no stars if I could! Met with Keith to conduct my estate sale and was told that I can remove anything from the home PRIOR TO setting up for the sale. I gave him permission to bring his furniture guy by to "see" (not buy) if he was interested in any of the furniture. When I got home that night, I discovered a king bedroom set (including 2 end stands, double dresser with mirror and a single dresser), 2 additional end stands, a storage closet along with bottles of wine, music CD's and a German beer stein missing! Four days later, I receive a text from Keith informing me that there is not enough to conduct a sale! He couldn't determine that when he was there removing items from my home days prior to without paying for them?? And what does wine, music CD's and beer steins have to do with furniture?? He refused to answer THAT question! When he cancelled the sale, which voids the contract since he was the one that canceled, I demanded my items be returned (that he took from my home without paying for) and he refers me to his attorney. I did finally receive payment (postmarked 10 days AFTER he said he sent the check!) for the items he removed, which he claims he sold all of the items I listed above for $375.00! No itemized receipt and refused to send me one when I requested it.

Wonderful estate sale experience overall. Knowledgeable and fairly priced for both parties involved.

Keith is great knows his business very well. Have done many transactions with him and sure to do more in the future. He always gets the job done
