        Horrible experience. Hastily finished and sloppy units after a MONTH late move-in with no explanation or apology. Management is atrociously bad at communicating and helping resolve issues. There are no smoke detectors on the first floors! Rent is expensive and ridiculously unorganized, management bills utilities late to catch up from previous months, just overall awful. Oh, and still no pool after the ENTIRE YEAR WE'VE BEEN HERE. Do not recommend living here at all.

        I was able to take over someones lease who went abroad and have lived here in a townhouse since January. Easy transfer process and very happy with my unit!

        8 months later and still no pool or community living space, gym is a stuffy first floor apartment, water leaks from the bedroom wall with foul odors, blinds are broken, cannot get reliable at & t service from inside the building. The billing system is a pain since resident accounts are not separated.

The property will continue to keep all residents updated regarding the pool. If you are experiencing water leaks please email [email protected] with photos so a staff member can assist. If your blinds are broken, the property advises all residents to issue a work order via their resident portal so the maintenance team can assist.
