The Boiling Crab

Food is tasty for the price, and a fun time doing the boil! The best part about dining here is the service. My family and I have been taken care of by Alex the last few times we have gone and we could not have been happier! I think there was also a manager named alex who came by to check on our table when we had a small but fixable issue, it was taken care of immediately. The staff here really cares which is so rare to see these days! I will definitely take my family back here and hope this business succeeds as south Miami continues to revamp itself. Thank you Alex and Alex :)

Tasty, value for money compared to similar concepts. We always get the bag with shrimp and corn. The mild choice is a bit spicier than expected so be careful. The fries with crab are also perfect with fantastic lemon sauce. Lastly the fried catfish was so tasty and juicy, I loved it.

Never again. From this restaurant. Where do I start. Ordered for pick up. Pick up wasnt ready as promised so I waited. Got a stapled bag with supposedly everything inside. So, I didnt find out that a lot of items were missing until I got home. Gumbo no rice. Missing. Sausage 2 links. Missing. 2 corn on the cob. Missing. Sauces. Missing. Lesson 1 - open up the stapled bag when you are picking up your order to make sure youre getting what you paid for. Lesson 2. Dont think that you can rectify the situation by calling the restaurant. Option 1 - hostess - is always a busy signal. Option 2 - order for pick up - no-one ever picks up the phone. No option to leave a message. You think you can get a refund without having to drive back to the restaurant? Think again. You think you can get the missing items delivered after you call them?Think again. And dont even get me started about the food that actually was in that stapled paper bag that I picked up. Ordered mild. Everything was smothered in spicy sauce. Never again
