I have had such wonderful experiences working with Chad. He has helped me with multiple purchases since I was looking for an apartment to a house for my family. Chad has been my realtor for over 17 years and every property I have bought with him he is the one to find us a new tenant & manage the turnover process from A Z. Since leaving Miami, I have used other realtors in other states I have lived, and yet no one comes close to Chads professionalism and caring about people. He is very knowledgeable, follows the rules, treats everyone with respect and always has my best interest in mind. He will be my realtor for life and I would recommend him to anyone anytime!

I've worked with Chad three times, after being referred to him by someone with a long-standing relationship. So far, Ive had him help me find a rental, find a renter for my condo, and finally sell my condo. He is personable and very knowledgeable about the South Florida markets. When listing my unit, he made sure to get amazing photos that highlighted the condo and all the things I loved about it, which helped attract the right tenant. I appreciate that he is direct and communicative. I always knew exactly what was going on in both finding my renter and selling my unit, which always made me reassured no matter the situation. As with almost every real estate deal, we ran into road bumps, but Chad helped us navigate them with ease. In fact, one hurdle seemed too big to overcome and I lost a qualified buyer, but within days, Chad had found a new buyer and we closed in record time a few weeks later. I would absolutely work with Chad again and genuinely look forward to the next opportunity to do so. He makes you feel completely comfortable in the entire process. Thanks Chad!

Well I have to start by saying that I was referred to Chad by a long time friend who I deeply respect. So I gave him a call and began correspondence about my situation and well as my needs. Once everything was discussed Chad did not waver and he committed to do all that was needed. At first I was hesitant to give up the realtor fee because I had sold 2 prior homes without a realtor and with the sellers market exploding I really considered just putting it on the market to save the money. After about a week or two I felt good about all our conversations and pulled the trigger to sign his contract. So I have to say that I have invested money in all sorts of ideas and projects but having Chad and his wife on my team was one of the best moves Ive ever made. He is a step above the majority of realtors out there. He is honest, hard working, reliable, he does a lot of research, he has a multitude of connections for up to date market values and best of all he does not over promise. I wanted to let you know how glad I am to have hired Chad Levin as my mom's real estate agent. When I contacted him late last year, I had no clue what was involved in the preparation, marketing and sale of her property. With his guidance, and the outline he provided, I was able to efficiently navigate the process. Chad went way beyond the call of realtor duty by personally rolling up his sleeves with landscaping, painting, and some repairs, as well as meeting with contractors, appraisers and other professionals; things I was unable to do as a full-time worker.
