Raif promised me no surprises. First surpirse was a 10% down. Second surprise was a $50K loan that was suppose to cover everything, but then I realized it required a 10% down of the property ($319,000) wired transfered into a shady LLC in his name. He told me I wasn't going to pay closing costs or any other fees, obviously, I was already going to pay that with that 30 grand of my savings. Disgusting, this can be expected in a 3rd world country (colombia maybe, that's where he's from), guy made me lose two full work days to entrap me in his office to try to scam me with a bad deal. Beware.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Leonard Vidal for my financing needs. Mr. Vidal was very efficient, communicated well and most importantly, delivered everything he committed to in the time frame agreed upon. I cannot stress how critical that is. There are plenty of used-car salesmen, in South Florida but that was far from the case with Mr. Vidal. He was on it, from the onset and was there every step of the way.
