        I had the worst experience With Greater American insurance group. I was referred by my finance company Alliance funding group, I got a collision Policy With them my 26ft box truck has been in the shop for over a month it took a month for the appraiser to see my truck Now it's going on 2 months, I've been out of business, I'm on the verge of losing my business. I would not advise anyone to do business with Greater American insurance group

        Company has horrible customer service. They refuse to pay for damages caused at the facility due to a lack of storage keeping and we loss completely new sofas and matteress. I am 37 weeks pregnant and they will not help. I was paying the insurance for 1.5 years and it was a waste since they can not help with this. Depressing.
