        Best body shop in miami! I used to be a customer about 8 years ago when I first started driving. I stopped by today because I had a nail in my tire. The staff was outstanding! They were able to help me out right away and didnt charge me a cent. This isnt even something they do there. I was so pleased with the altruism of this company. Id recommend going here for all your car needs

        The worst customer service that can exist. They are very informal and apparently they are not interested in solving the customer problem. My insurance company sent you the check in time for the repair of my car and they never called me to notify me. Then they didn't give me an appointment to fix my car. It took me more than a month to attend to me. I live 30 miles from their location and I had to go personally for the paperwork because they never helped me on the phone. I even talked to the administrator several times and he told me that he was going to solve my problem but he didn't. I'm very disappointed

      We are trying to locate you in our system but cannot seem to find any such person that exists based on your current user name. Could you kindly provide that information, and who you spoke with. Vick is not aware of any such case, and would like the opportunity to address any concerns/problems. Additionally, we do not solicit any information based on payments that come in. Your insurance should have discussed where they were referring you to prior to issuing any payment. We are not provided with customer information unless we are a DRP for that specific insurance.
