Top Notch Law Firm.We were treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff. The professionalism and caring spirit will forever be cherished. What I didnt understand or know, they were a phone call away. I was never placed on hold and forgotten about. The attentiveness made such a difference when the world was on my shoulders. Mendez & Mendez was great to work with. They provided excellent legal guidance and handled everything the courts required. They stayed focused on our case and got things done quickly with a minimum of wasted time. They were the local representation we needed. I recommend them to anyone working through guardianship or settling and estate.

I have a record of this calldodgy to claim they have none. Unprofessional from the get go. Called and spoke with a woman who took 5 rings to answer the phone, did not state her name, and asked me the same questions several times (she must be remedial), and spoke over me in a disagreeable manner. Frankly, she wasn't at all polished and I find the behavior indicative of the culture and attorneys. Bosses set the tone, and employees work at the same level, or lack, of excellence. I would not entertain a consultation with these people. ...As a follow-up to their audacious response! They are attempting to discredit an honest review of their unprofessional staff via a gutter strategy of 'deny, deny, deny'. Based on a Google review, how in the world would they know how to cross reference? The remedial woman who took my call didn't even make the effort, as a courtesy or basic record keeping, to ask my name. They certainly don' have my phone number. The logic in their response is fundamentally flawedhow will they ever work at a strategically sound level for their clients if they can't come up with an airtight argument for a Google review? It's a shame.
