My neighbor and I got a bill that was exactly the same 141.09. My bill doubled and my sewage tripled. We went into the office and the lady who helped us was antagonistic. Every time I stated my situation the same answer was given. You used 5000 gallons last month and maybe you have a leak.. ridiculous. Deaf ears. Mind you I live alone and my bill is usually around 70. She stated that the metrr wands weren't working and they had to change them out. Thought i'd post this. IF YOUR BILL INCREASED WITH UNEXPLAINED INCREASES GO TO THE OFFICE. 7/12 is when we went in together, my neighbor and I. **if anyone knows what recourse we have post it in the reviews, Much appreciated.
