Very nice restaurant with delicious food! I ordered the Jerk Chicken Plate with an extra side of plantains and was blown away by how flavorful and tender the chicken was! The fried plantains were perfect and tasty as well. This restaurant has multiple tables to dine in and also does takeout/doordash. The food is fresh and is cooked to order, I highly recommend! Vegetarian options: This restaurant offers many delicious vegetarian options such as tacos, burritos, salads, etc. Almost all incorporate the various Jamaican flavors that are super tasty. Parking: Plenty of parking directly in front of the business Kid-friendliness: Normal restaurant with plenty of seating for the family

So far I've had the oxtail and curried goat, and they are amazing! I get the beans and rice which is also fantastic, and I like to dip the plantains in their house hot sauce. You have to eat here, some of the best Jamaican food I've had

Got the jerk chicken platter today and it was the absolute best and nothing short of authentic I got rice and peas, sauted veggies, plantains and jerk chicken with pineapple and jerk sauce on the sd all for under $20. The chicken was well seasoned and everything had its own taste. Staff was very friendly.. if you looking for a great lunch or dinner spot #fushionhutbistro is the place for you Thanks for a great meal!! Definitely going back!!
