        I was looking for a barbeque place at the last minute and found the "Backyard Boys BBQ" in the area where I was staying. I can gladly say the combo of barbeque ribs and shrimp with beans and tasty garlic bread was amazing. The trip to this restaurant was well worth it and I suggest going to Backyard Boys for a mouth watering and fulfilling meal. Parking: The parking area was very well lit the evening I was there.

        Some of the food items were not as good as we hoped, we also weren't crazy about the in house sauces for the meats...most of this has to do with our PREFERENCES, not the actual quality of the food. That said the JUMBO pulled pork sandwich was light on the pulled pork, we felt the bread to meat ratio was off, too much bread, not enough meat. We would like to go back and try the all you can eat bbq chicken. I did enjoy the smoked sausage, corn fritters and salad bar. All in all, it was a pleasant meal but nothing extraordinary.
