      image Lisa was great to deal with. I definitely called a few other insurance agents before landing with Acceptance. Lisa got me a new policy set up with GAINSCO after progressive tried to quadruple my rate after being a loyal customer for 11 years. She recognized and acknowledged that many other people were in the same boat as me. She made the process quick and painless. I did everything over the phone, paid my 6 months in full and had my ID cards in my email almost instantly.
      Great experience and great help from Lisa, thank you!

      image Office was not open when it should have been . Called customer service to try and ad a vehicle and was put on hold multiple times for a very long time , like 45min plus . Never came back to me after putting me on hold so I'd call back and they'd do it again . Definitely looking elsewhere for insurance
