        Assisting Hands was brought in to provide care for a close friend of ours who lives by himself in Ormand Beach. Initially, he needed 24 hour care but after a week, it was reduced to 12 hours per day, then 8 hours per day and finally he was well enough he didn't need it any more. At every point, Marissa (owner) was professional and helpful. Contacting her was always easy and she was more than willing to discuss the situation and offer her assessment without applying any pressure. As a trained nurse she is very capable of assessing the situation. The caregivers assigned to my friend were exceptional and very helpful. We have no hesitation in giving them a good rating.

        We were in desperate need of an overnight sitter on a Sunday. Tanner and Tyler were a Godsend in finding us a sitter that worked with our family member gently and sweetly. Thanks guys for supporting us in our time of need.

        I can't say enough good things about this particular Assisting Hands Team, Marissa, Tyler and Tanner! These three young amazing individuals run this franchise with the utmost professionalism. Their attention to their clients and their customer service is way above any of the competitors out there. They are extremely responsive and their patience, kind and calm personalities really help clients who are under tremendous stress with family members and loved ones who are in need of their care. I would highly recommend this group to anyone out there who is in need of adult care, they are the VERY BEST!!!
