The place is relatively new which is a plus. I was a resident for three years. The amount of money you pay its not worth the size of the apartments and the amenities. The pool is nice, but theres kids constantly in it and you know what that comes with. Theres nothing within walking distance, which doesnt make it very appealing either. There are moments where things appear to be in place, but then the mail is overflowing with packages and your personal items are out in the blue for anybody to take. I had a bad experience towards the end of my stay, but Im not going to let that impact this review. I want to give them zero stars, but I also want to be informative to the public and honest. Its probably one of the better places to stay in Daytona South Daytona area, but try to negotiate on price. These prices are comparable to Los Angeles where I live for 15 years (Beachside)and thats pretty wild to me. They need to do a better job of cleaning the hallways as that was something that I constantly observed. Maintenance is actually quite responsive and quick and friendly. They do have a nice workout room that is convenient.

Let's begin with the mailroom: upon entering, you're greeted by personal packages strewn about, accessible to anyone, setting a less than ideal tone. Then there's the pool, which has not only been closed for weeks but also once harbored an unsightly surprise at the bottom. It predominantly serves as a children's play area, especially noticeable when school is out. These are two amenities we financially contribute to yet receive no benefit from. Venturing into the apartment corridors reveals floors marred by dirt and grime, which is disheartening considering the monthly rent of $1,900. While I once held this place in high regard, it seems to have gradually declined in quality. This is reflected in the increasing number of residents moving out over the past year, which is understandably no shock.

Beautiful propertywith very friendly and accommodating staff! The community is gorgeous, clean, and well-organized, and I'm constantly using their wonderful amenities. I had the pleasure of working with Jay, who was extremely patientand thorough, making the leasing process very pleasant! Resident satisfaction and living experience are truly prioritized here!

The apartments here are beautiful and pretty new. Maintenance is always nice and gets things done as soon as possible. There is a dog park, pool, and good amount of space to just walk around, plenty of parking.
