Rock Solid Realty enabled us to buy our dream retirement home quickly and with confidence. Acquiring property when you live out of state is challenging, especially when homes sell within hours of being listed. Trina walked us through multiple properties via FaceTime. She honed in on our priorities and provided candid constructive guidance. When we started to compromise on key items she reminded us to be patient. Her priority was ALWAYS finding us the RIGHT home, not A home.

First and foremost, this is a long overdue thank you note to the best realtor out there. We want to give kudos to Rock Solid Realty. Where do we begin,15 years ago, at the recommendation of our retired realtor, Trina Wilhoit Koelher sold us our first home in Florida. During that time, Trina was extremely professional, patient, kind, enthusiastic and energetic too boot. As the years passed by, we lost connection until we had to move again. We immediately called Trina at Rock Solid Realty. She remembered everything about our family, as if time had not lapsed. When we asked Trina to help us find a new dream home, she instantly and eagerly started searching neighborhoods. Everyday we would get several emails for house options. She was happy to take us anywhere and everywhere. She was very flexible in accommodating our needs. Not only did Trina find us the perfect home, she also sold our old home. Her work ethic was way over the top! She answered every question or text, day and night (and we had many questions), and she was always there to listen to concerns or give her expert advice. Her kind heart, positivity and her soft- spoken manner was a calming influence. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Realty to anyone!!
