Sterling Pointe Apartment Community

I have lived at at Sterling Pointe for a year now and as a young couple, my boyfriend and i are happy here! Rent isnt high priced like everywhere else is. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the office ladies are always kind and a pleasure to talk to when I go in! I am grateful I found this apartment complex as my first apartment with my boyfriend! Bonus side to this, is theyre pet friendly so my fur baby was able to be with me during our first journey!

I have been a tenant with Sterling Point for 6 months, and have been extremely satisfied with my experience thus far. I have been extremely impressed with the leadership team in the office as well as the maintenance crew. They work very hard, tireless hours, to maintain a pleasant, clean and safe apartment community and I would highly recommend Sterling Point Community to anyone in need of safe affordable housing.

We flew in to find a place to move to, we happened to run across this location on Google so we stopped by. There was 2 kids playing in the front and 2 big girls in the office, the big girls working there both had no manners and the one with the ears was very inconsiderate. They were both sitting around doing nothing but told us they couldn't show us a unit because we didn't have an appointment, we had driven 2 hours and told them we couldn't come back but she suggested coming back the next day so we left and went somewhere else. I'm glad we didn't get to see the units, we might have overlooked how poorly tenants must be treated here. Also, on the way out we drove through the neighborhood and it's got some run down apartments and hood looking areas around this establishment. I also noticed broken down cars that are not in driving condition sitting on their lot and guys standing around smoking and leaning on cars with no shirts.
