We cleaned up our stuff (spent maybe 8 hrs for sleep, in the room then left) we had taken our linens off the bed to make it easier for house keeping and left them on the bed.
The next day, there is $1200 in charges for damaged rooms on my card! The manager took it upon herself to say our animals destroyed the room (1 dog, 1 cat) and charged us $1200 for repairs. She refused to show us pictures of proof of the damage, she just kept saying the room was now out of order. I thankfully disputed the charges with my bank and recouped what she charged. I also called corporate and was warned this is how this woman is.
I would NEVER stay at this hotel or a Holiday Inn again. The manager charges whatever she wants whenever she wants. I would never trust these people with my financial information again.
BEWARE the Manager!!!
