Sub-par staff, kayak itself was good, location is very good. My son and I rented 2 singles in late March here. We'd paddled the Jim Neville Preserve many times before. The guy working this day was, I think, trying to be funny but was borderline rude. He offered no map of the area, which would've been helpful. Kayaks themselves were good. It's a fun place to kayak but next time we'll choose another operator here (there are several).

Beast of a trip! Absolute best service, kind and above and beyond answers to our out of normal questions! Legit will not chose the other handful of rentals, Ultimate Kayak SRQ 100%!

Kyaking was great. Zero Parking Spaces. Had to drive around for 20 minutes to park. Finally parked a half a mile away. Not a great way to start your trip. My review was to advise your customers that you do not provide any parking for your clients. Good to know in the future when making a reservation. Shame on you for attacking an honest review of your business that provides zero parking for your customers.
