I just came back from that post office and I arrived at 4:43. The office was closed so I tried to put my two prepaid and labeled boxes into the slot. One didnt fit so I knocked on the door. A woman answered and told me they close at 4:45. I asked if my packages will go out today and she said no. After a few more words about closing I got back into my car and my iPhone time just turned to 4:46. I agree that it was no customer service to not get my packages out on the day that I dropped them off even though it was only one minute before closing. I am nearly retired now and have never worked for a company where a customer wasnt served that made it that close to their closing time. She could benefit from some customer service training.

This tiny post office has excellent service! All the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a tiny place, but you can get a rental mailbox if you need one, all the supplies you would need for sending packages, and the ability to drop mail inside and outside in dropboxes. I go out of my way to stop here because of how amazing they are and because usually there is almost no line. Please like this review if you find it helpful.
