        Very undependable, commonly closed, always poor service, I usually am the only customer yet get frustrated at the delay in placing the order, leave and go to McDonalds. I dont understand how this place stays in business- since they never have customers. Recommended dishes Whopper Jr Burger More

        I went to BK in Shalimar Fl this morning and it was great. Food was hot. Coffee was fresh and hot and the service Awesome.

        I normally do not leave any negative comments. This is zero stars to alert the owner that attention is needed at this location. You have phenomenal employees. But they are only going per shift it appears. Respectfully, how is it, that it took 25 blessed minutes to get through the drive through line when the dining room was closed and there was only 2 cars in front of me. Disappointing part, after I received my meal at the pull-up area, taste was horrible and fries were extremely cold like they were microwaved while frozen. But I know they were bagged and held up until food was made to order (and it was not a special order). Franchise Owner (not shift managers) Please fully attend to your location. My family loves BK and want to eat here when we are able.
