Anna helped me and my husband find our perfect couch! She was super nice, and even remembered details we had been discussing, like trying to find a couch that would work with the type of dog we have (like blending in with his fur lol). She was a great saleswoman, and Im grateful she helped us through the process of buying our couch, because it was a big decision. Highly recommend both Havertys couches and her as a saleswoman!

Anna Richards is fantastic! It took a few months for us to decide on which set we wanted. I visited the showroom 4 or 5 times to sit on sofas and check out recliners. Anna was patient, sent measurements when I needed them and never pushed. If you're shopping for furniture, I highly recommend talking with Anna at Haverty's in Shalimar before making a decision. Your sale person made me and my wife feel uncomfortable. It just her attitude like she couldnt be bothered with us. Then she asked us had we purchased furniture there before and my wife said yes. By that time she lost us as customers and your store. I could purchase anything in your store. I make over $10,000 dollars a month.
