Fleet & Smith was the title company for the purchase of our first home. The entire staff was amazing! Lee Ann and Stephanie really helped us with all of our questions and relieved any uncertainty we may have had. At closing, Lee Ann made sure to go through every single document we were signing and explain what everything meant to us. She also made extra copies of important documents incase we needed to provide any to other contractors. The Fleet & Smith team really went above and beyond. We will never forget you guys!
