        I have a wellness plan for two separate dogs. They jump to schedule annual visits but refused to see my dog for a cut even though my plan covers unlimited visits. They push expensive emergency hospitals and claim they must go there first and that they have no availability that week. A sign in the office states they take injured and sick pets first. When questioned they said only if availability which they only seem to have for well pets. The plans arent saving money either compared to other vets for annual visits. The vets often change work sites and theyre not all good.

        I took my cat Bella in today at the Seminole location as my normal location was booked. I was so impressed with the level of care, communication, and service we received there. The vet really took time to explain everything and communicate and I felt they genuinely cared, which I can tell they do. Ive been taking Bella to Banfield since I got her and the difference between this vet and the vet I take my other two cats to (not banfield) has been night and day. Thank you thank you for taking such great care of my cat today! Highly recommend banfield to those in search of a reliable, and trustworthy vet!
