Gail was truly a godsend for me and my family. She worked day and night for almost 3 months, doing all due diligence and staying on top of everything. I am 23 years old and she walked me through the enre process and made it much less inmidang. I believe we toured almost a dozen properes. She is extremely courteous and professional and able to do most things remotely! I was out of the state for the be#er part of 2 months. Gail feels more like family at this point and I look forward to working together again in the future. Thank you so much for everything.

Gail was instrumental in getting our loan approved which was not easy. This is because we were given very little notice that the rental, we were in was being sold, and therefore had little time to prepare with a down payment and closing costs. To that end, Gail worked very hard to make the numbers work and guided us through the whole process so we could get pre-qualified and finally purchase and not be homeless. I have had several experiences with different loans with Gail at Lincoln Financial. She has a heart for people and is very focused and detailed when working with a client.
