      image No one should use this place! They are the worst! They allowed a biological stranger to my brother (a child he NEVER met) to make all of the decisions about the disposition of his remains and then cut off and denied our family any information, a final goodbye or other burial options after an extremely tragic and unexpected death.
      My brother has continued to lay in Cold Storage at THIS facility and while we continue to be denied any opportunity to have a service, memorial or burial to say goodbye to our beloved brother. We can't even get any information if he has been cremated, buried or anything.
      To say this facility is callous, cold, unprofessional, unethical and uncaring is the understatement of the year.A lawsuit is forthcoming.
      Think twice before you even consider meeting with these people regarding your precious loved ones final rest.
