The people in this dr office are rude and unprofessional. They play games with your medical needs and speak to patients as if they dont matter!

Ive been a patient of Dr Horstman for over 2 years now. Shes very patient as she listens to me and respects my feelings . Her staff is AWESOME !!!! Over the phone, at the front desk and at the back discharge desk ! Very professional Very polite and Very patient. They get a A+ in my book.

Please consider choosing another office for your healthcare needs as Max Health is the most disorganized medical office I have ever had the misfortune to contact. I never saw Dr. Horstman. I made an appointment to do so in January 2023 & was told I would have to wait until March 30th. I then received a call from a Max Health employee (Toni) who invited me to a new patient orientation luncheon for February 28th. She was not in the Seminole office. Toni informed me my appointment was not on March 30th but March 2nd & March 16th. So I called the Seminole office which advised it was impossible I had a March 30th appt. An employee by the name of Felicity called me from the Oakhurst office and was as rude to me over the phone as I have ever been spoken to. When the 28th came I didn't feel like attending the luncheon so I called & canceled. Fortunately, I called the Seminole office to confirm my appointment for March 2nd. The Seminole office had canceled both appointments without bothering to contact me. I was advised I had seen a doctor in the Max Health network eight years ago who flagged me for "my behavior " and they would not see me. On top of all this, the Seminole office mailed me an insulting letter stating the doctor had met with me to discuss this (untrue). It was not signed. This doctor's office caused me undue stress & wasted two months of my time. But in the end they did me the biggest favor as I quickly found a more competent doctor's office, closer to me and they are KIND, professional and organized.

Worst treatment in my whole life. Terrible treatment. Personnel needs education on how to treat clients. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for the doctor to appear. And don't complain, the will treat you with the police escort
