worst cleaning ive ever received. it appears that the diver was hardly even trained or aware of what hes doing. and the boss Michael has tried to do nothing about it.

My name is Carter and i hope the boss reads this message because im confident he will remember me from a few months ago. I was nice, i was honest, and i never tried to get away with doing less work. I brought in new customers and i kept old ones happy. However when i told Michael i was moving back to my home state he said he would be glad to help me. Michael said he would buy my diving equipment for quote whatever im comfortable with selling it for. I was very verbal about only wanting 1-200$ for it. Being that i was about to drive 16 hours home later that day. Here we are 4 months later and ive reached out to him and other employees that can contact him and ive heard nothing. Michael owes me 50$ per new customer i got on board. and 100$ MINIMUM for all of the equipment i used. I wouldve left this topic unbothered, however i feel that i was preyed on for being a 19 year old working for a small business owner. Ive gone back and done the math on how he pays us per foot for each boat. And i noticed certain weeks i was making .80 cents a foot, other weeks were .90cents a foot. On a few occasions i had to let him know he forgot to pay me for over half the work i did in certain weeks. Imagine clocking into your job for 50 hours this week and your paycheck reads 25. I do not recommend divers to this company, and ive met divers that told me i shouldve found a new company. I guess all in all its my fault for not listening because now my 700$ dive setup is nowhere to be found and the boss is MIA ironically. Again, this review was left by Carter Davis. Boat is on strict two week cycle and all of a sudden it doesnt even get on plane for Memorial Day weekend and then owner turns into child and wants a charity case. Obviously boat wasnt getting done. Worst bottom clean experience ever. And owner does live in Georgia. There is a reason they are the cheapest. They just clean waterlines
