Owner professional and work crew works well together. When it was time to break they took that time and was back to work. Very impressive to see how the team work together to get tasks done. Day 1 owner operating crane and one of the team members in the cup cutting limbs. Day 2 the guy in the cup operated the crane one guy doing all the climbing and cutting the palms and some of the limbs over the roof. The cleanup was done each day the crew feeding in and cutting limbs up to either mulch or take in parts.When everything done roof was blown sidewalk and driveway blown and yard raked... VERY IMPRESSED WILL USE SERVICE AGAIN EXCELLENT WORK GUYS!!!! Services: Tree removal, Tree trimming & pruning

Sonny got very aggressive with me and was threatening and yelling at me while on my property this week. He denied quoting me for the work I was under the impression I was paying for and at one point was telling his crew to leave and not clean up what they had trimmed reducing me to tears. NEVER have I been so angry and insulted by a company I am paying to do work. His own employees were apologizing to me for the behavior they witnessed him exhibiting toward me. I guess he feels that a woman who is alone and a widow can be treated that way, but I can tell you I am not and made that very clear to him. I will never recommend him to any one nor will he ever get another cent of my money. I can only hope he sees a doctor for the memory loss he is suffering from and he seeks professional help for his anger issues. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

The tree service I was told I would get was less than satisfactory. Work started on Monday and there were inexperienced workers cutting my live oaks. Works was left undone and the following day when I was told they would return to finish, they did not show up nor did they call me. After I called to find out what happened, I was told they would be there the following day. They weren't. They showed up Friday did some clean up but still left a lot of work undone. Vines hanging, debris scattered and stuck in the trees, some trees uncut which are still a concern with hurricane season. I was promised they would return on Monday to finish the clean up. They did not show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for tree work. They were very unprofessional. They hire drug addicts and homeless people, all of which are inexperienced and up in trees. This was confirmed by conversations with their own co-workers. Stay away.
