        If I could give a "0" star I would. I have been trying to make an appointment at this clinic with no success. The staff has poor customer service etiquette. The hold time is over 10 minutes and it has been a back-and-forth with this clinic. If this is the staff I can't imagine the doctors. If you are not a people person you are in the wrong field.

        Dr. Zane is the best PCP ever! He is thorough, attentive, responsive, and caring. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I love having the lab onsite as well. I always experience a very short wait time.

        I've been going to Dr Zane since I was in my 40s, I'm 62 now. He's kept me in great health. He's very caring and understanding. The staff are extremely friendly, they don't make you feel like you're a bother. They are patient and kind. Especially the front desk . I would confidently recommend Dr Zane and Optum Seffner to anyone I know. Dayna Newman
