Rick was a great real estate agent throughout the whole home hunt/buy process. My wife and I each have specific but different needs that likely presented a challenge but Rick managed to find a compatible home for us in a tough market. He continues to be a knowledge asset as we are new to the Lake Placid area, and even threw in a few of his coveted bass fishing locations! His ample knowledge of construction was also a big help. You can't go wrong with Rick.

Rick was AMAZING to work with. He knows the area and knows what he is doing. He was more than willing to answer all our questions and run us all over the county to look at houses. He came to know what we liked and selected areas and houses he knew we would want to see. He really made this a very easy process and walked us through every step of the way.
