        Just called to see if they are available today. He replied no. Then I asked when is the soonest they can come out and he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend Cox plumbing to anyone. Save your time and not call this company.

        Too bad there is not a negative star count. Called to ask if they could handle some remodel work, the guy just put the phone down and did not return. Guess they switched from hanging up to just putting the phone down.

        I work for a General Contractor and called to see if they could come look at an issue on a completed project in Sebring that the installer couldn't get to for over a week and they hung up on me. Guess they don't want any business from a GC. SMH
