Dont waste your time. If you read any of the older or newer reviews, they are true. I have my imaging paperwork in hand, walk in to make an appointment. Sorry we cant make you an appointment. You have to call this number and fax over your paperwork. Ah how, no one uses faxes anymore nor do we have fax machine at our houses. Response, not my problem. Work it out with the people I gave you the card to call. Arent you adventhealth imaging. NO we are part of the hospital and use a third party to schedule.

The people at the imaging center in Sebring are courteous and professional. After that things go downhill fast. Ive had two imaging procedures there and getting information out of them is nearly impossible. The receptionist connects you to the info desk which nearly always says There is no one to take your call. Goodbye. I think this info does is actually at the hospital on Sun N Lake. You have to fill out a form via email then wait for them to send your reports/images. Pretty frustrating.

Staff always pleasant. I feel better just walking into the lobby knowing the staff cares.
