The only reason Im rating it a 3 because the doctors are great but this is a place where your schedule literally has to be cleared for the entire day they need to book accordingly. Had a appointment at 10:30 arrived at 10:15 did not get called to the back until 11:45 and still waited a hour inside the room it is ridiculous

The wait time here is unacceptable. Why have an appointment to sit there for 2 hours? Showed up 15 minutes early , what a joke. I could have been a hour late, still would have made it. Didnt even get the school paper I needed for my child, bc the girl at check out window just stared at me blankly, with absolutely no clue what to do next. Not coming back here. Drs are fine , but the wait is not. If you are going in for a same day appointment, you might as well just go to the ER , I bet its faster.

Obviously the wait time is 3hrs or more! Then the front desk is busy being on their phones watching movies instead of attending to the patient whos waiting in front of the window.

I called today in advance because my daughter had a high fever and I knew we'd be at the ER for 6+ hours and i didnt want her to go through that. We packed a diaper bag, rushed over there, waited for the appointment to be told they wouldn't take her because there was an issue with her insurance. My kids have gone here for 7 years and I won't be going back. The error was made due to her insurance renewal and they hadn't added a temporary card for her yet. It's interesting that they show concern for her well being, but are quick to kick her to the curb when that insurance isn't right! I also would've paid out of pocket for the visit, had they given me that option....but their loss. I'll go to another doctor where I don't have to wait 2+ hours for a checkup.
