My experience in the office was wonderful. I spoke with a highly knowledgeable person, Dixie Riley. Sweet personality, able to answer all my questions and assist me since I left the office. Also provided me with a link to learn Office. Exactly what I needed to further my education in that area.

Dixie were extremely helpful to get my pending issues cleared off by DEO, so that I could receive my money for the weeks that I have claimed. It was frustrating to deal with DEO by myself. Also, Dixie's referral to a local company, and my immediately availability to do an interview, I was able to get an offer right away. I accepted and I start today!!

Having just returned back to the Highlands County area, from the Pacific Northwest, I am in the process of finding full-time employment. So I recently reached out to CareerSource Heartland. I was able to confirm registration with EmployFlorida, and then soon afterward, the CareerSource Heartland administration, especially their career representatives Dixie and Donna, were quick and very diligent to assist me in moving forward in my employment search.
